Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include photos of the damage or issues to help us with your claim.
Exchanges
We are currently not processing exchanges on apparel. Please be sure to double check your size before ordering.
Refunds
Refunds are not currently available. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages shipped to and/or delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Notify us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address and we will try to update the address before it ships.
Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with resending packages with inaccuracies.
